It would be nice to see your project on Utrecht!

In 8 years of shooting (yes, I'm a baby), I've moved in and out of variations of styles. But My primary street subject matter of dark/distressed/depleted has not changed, much to the detriment of "likes", but that's how I see the world. I've give through differing styles, tones, b/w color, pov, but what andhow I see has not changed. Keep your blacks black if that's your vision.

Will certainly do. It's important to do whatever you like. And stick to that!

Great post, Marcel! I've been forever meaning to visit Utrecht.

Incidentally, I just listened to a terrific podcast episode featuring Ben Moser, the Pulitzer Prize winning biographer of Susan Sontag. Moser is an American who's been living in Utrecht for a long time and thinks it's the best city in the world. He and the host, Tyler Cowen discuss culture, art, life. A really good episode.

The place looks wonderful, I hope you can get to work on your project around the city. By the way, I'm a big fan of the pitch black tones in your style. 👍
