Usually the work itself will tell me whether it needs to be small or big, framed or printed on all-dibond or else. I am sure you will figure out what works best for your work.
Timely as I've just this morning I've been offered my first opportunity to display my art in a public event / venue.
Trying not to panic while accepting that I will make mistakes. š¬
It's not until October but I plan to do my own printing since I now have a pro level printer.
It's a juried show but I'm largely dismissing this aspect of it and only focusing on "displaying to the public" as a first-timer goal.
As far as the question, no I do not ever know until I start editing each RAW file individually. I treat each one as unique and go where it leads based on gut and intuition.
Iām very much still learning about all the possibilities to print work! Good luck with the exhibition :)

i would say print on whatever suits the image instead of printing them all the same. be bold!
Looks fantastic, and it's also helpful. Thanks Marcel!
