Excellent points. I’ve been really leaning into mindfulness lately and it has been great for my work. Thanks!

Staying off social media as much as possible and seeking out really great art in books, museums, and galleries for inspiration.

Yes. Except for the staying of social media - though I try to do digital detox once in a while - I totally agree. Looking at work in books, musea and galleries is a massive inspiration. Thanks.

"Embrace the power of a good break": in my case, it reads rather like "empower your break with photography". Setting my mind to scan for an opportunity to make a (preferably good) photo enables me to detach from the daily sorrows and clear my mind. Which in turn enhances my opportunity to enjoy a real break. So in my case, cultivating a creative mindset is a fortunate byproduct of breaking :D

Hi Gery, like your take on this tip. Instead of taking a break to recharge and find creativity, you use your (actual) break to photograph. Looks like you're not lacking any inspiration and creativity, right? If so, you must be a lucky man.

No indeed, finding inspiration is not something I give a lot of consideration since I'm apparently not someone who lacks it.

Now all I have to do is find is a job that allows me to consistently take a break during lunch hours.
