Love the simplicity of your process. It's great to know what moves you. Stunning photo by the way, more so because of the family connection.

I enjoyed reading this Marcel - especially your description of the Borgstijn Trail and the symbolism of the light and darkness we face. That image has so many layers of meaning.

I really enjoyed that, Marcel! I enjoyed your answers and found Borgstijn Trail fascinating! How lucky to have the family significance there and to photograph it. I always find your posts meaningful.

Great answers, Marcel! Very interesting to read how much you are inspired by music! I love the photograph. It almost looks like a dyptich and even without knowing about the context I find it quite meaningful!

Thank you Susanne. Glad you like the photo! Music is indeed a constant inspiration. Just a simple small riff or some lyrics can keep me busy quite some time.

The split path would easily be my favorite too. I also interviewed myself. But I deliberately did not copy your format. Particularly because I don't have good answers to your questions. The fact that you didn't have an answer for everything shows why you ask others these questions, I suppose.

Very cool, and while I never thought of the questioning sequence this way, your story unfolds perfectly (from where I sit at least), with the last being a great conclusion and I really like how the reactions of another created insights and appreciation for you, the maker. I think that’s fabulous.

Yes, I always like comments on my work, as this might give new insights. The commenter does not have the relationship with the image as I have and views it with a fresh gaze. It is very insightful to see whether they experience it in the same way. It is even more so if they experience it differently.
